Our new friend. This little guy was found in a pail in our (closed) sandbox when the girls went to play in it. Since then, we've discovered there are at least 2 and it seems they've taken up residence in our garden. They are adorable!

...after a great weekend at John and Betty's. Thanks be to God!

From the madhouse

Hey, Ralph & Sharon and clan made it here safe and sound 6:00 pm (our time) - an hour earlier than we expected them, since they left at 10:00 am (ON time, but not on time! - Sharon says). The drive went well and the kids (ours and theirs) are all extremely excited. The children have finally all settled down for the night. A great start to an exciting weekend! They have already been greatly enjoying each other and everything around.

Ralph & John have been playing with magnets most of the night. We just got these fancy super strong magnets today and they're trying out all kinds of "experiments" with them. They're really neat, lots of fun. If you want to find out about them check this out.

About baby...

Yes, Betty, the news can be shared with one and all now :).
I saw Dr. Margy last week and she was already able to hear baby's heartbeat, so that means I'm at least 2 months and everything is going well so far! I haven't even been very sick.
