                      including this beautiful dolls dress for Bethany (matches Joanna's)

We ended the lovely day with a beautiful Strings Chamber Concert in which Maria, Andrew and Bethany performed!

Kittens

While we were celebrating Oma's birthday in Brampton, our cat Taffy was busy having kittens. :)  She is such a good mother!  We all find it so amazing how animals have this incredible God-given instinct to know exactly how to care for their little ones.

The 1st two are when they are a day old, the 2nd two at 2 days old.

Mom's 75th

The other Sunday we had a family over that recently moved here from Indonesia, where the father had served as pilot with MAF. They brought this beautiful baby parrot along. 

 Joseph turned 12 last month, and Anneke turned 14.

Marike, aka "Restaurant Lady", is here taking Isaiah's order.

 

 We are really enjoying our "new" house with the cosy fireplace and bookshelves.
